Game Asset Usage Guidelines
When engaging in activities related to the use of game materials, please be sure to follow the following regulations:
- You understand and agree that all rights to the game materials (such as copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights) are not transferred to you by us or the relevant rights holders, and cannot be considered as legal permission and/or authorization (including implied permission and/or authorization). We retain the right to exercise the aforementioned rights.
- You must comply with relevant laws and regulations and must not apply for or claim trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights in any country or region.
- You may conduct game live streams, but you must not publicly share content involving sexual scenes, and you must not reproduce, upload, or publicly archive live stream videos.
- You must not publicly disseminate or spread content involving sexual scenes in the form of images, videos, or verbatim game text.
- It is strictly prohibited to use official game materials both inside and outside the game for commercial purposes.
- When engaging in such activities, you must clearly indicate the name of "Noctilucent: Before Dawn" in the text or title. For example, when streaming the game, the title could be "Let's Play Noctilucent Today" or other recognizable indications.
- It is strictly prohibited to reproduce or transport voice acting, character music, game music, and other audio materials from the game.
If the content you publish while using game materials negatively impacts "Noctilucent: Before Dawn" or harms the reputation and brand image of "Noctilucent: Before Dawn," we reserve the right to hold you accountable and request that you delete the related content.
